1.6.2012 Mikko Pajunen drove two fastest special stage times of four and took silver medal with TMR Subaru Impreza WRX R4 STi in Finnish Ovisepät rally

As a test and shakedown rally for fourth and first gravel round of Finnish
Rally Championship series, young Flying Finn mr. Mikko Pajunen drove a
steady performance and was able to match his speed for current Finnish
Rally Championship leader and Ford Fiesta S2000 driver Esapekka Lappi with
TMR Subaru Impreza WRX R4 STi rally car.

Pajunen and his co-driver mr. Kaj Lindström drove first two fastest
special stage times and entered the service as rally leaders by 3,3
seconds gap.

In third stage Pajunen was 10 seconds slower than Lappi and therefore lost
the leadership which in final two stages he couldn't restore himself.
Despite silver position Pajunen was very satisfied for his own and TMR
Subaru Impreza WRX R4 STi performance. He was also happy that the gap for
third position driver Joni Nikko was stretched to over a minute.

Now for next two weeks Pajunen and Lindström focuses their thoughts the
forth round of Finnish Rally Championship series which is to be driven in
the region of Lapua, northeast Finland. After three winter rounds
TMR-drivers are in third position in Finnish Rally Championship standings.
